Production Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring effective execution and coordination of production activities in both morning and night shifts. Your main purpose will be to oversee daily production plan compliance, manpower deployment, material issuance, troubleshooting on machines, FG transfers, efficiency feedback, and shop floor upkeep. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure daily production plan compliance - Deploy manpower to address absenteeism or shortage on shift-to-shift basis - Issue all required material from store for meeting daily production plan - Troubleshoot any issues on machines - Transfer finished goods to the store - Fill DHR reports - Maintain 5S standards on the production shop floor - Support training and skill development for machine operators, sorters, and helpers - Organize small training sessions - Assess skill levels and bring them to the desired level - Maintain all records as per requirements - Coordinate with the marketing team for pre-dispatch inspection Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical engineering/polytechnic - Knowledge of machines (SPM desirable) - Familiarity with nuts, bolts, pressure, and instruments like vernier caliper, solenoid valve - Some knowledge of packaging - Understanding of business fundamentals Please Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
