Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer with a specialization in Electric Vehicles (EVs) to join our dynamic team. He will be responsible for use of FCT, PDI Jigs, identifying and resolving problems in the production line, basic troubleshooting of Rejections/Jigs ,

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
• Setting and achieving performance targets for production efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain production documentation and procedures.
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
• Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles of 4-6 years within the automotive or electronics industries, with specific experience in electric vehicle production highly preferred.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
