Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer / Supervisor to join our team at Aviven Engitech Pvt. Ltd. (Modura Furniture). The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production floor activities to meet daily targets.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes for furniture manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to streamline workflow.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, and machines).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Train and guide production staff to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision (furniture industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shop-floor operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.
