Production Engineer – Hydraulic & Assembly (Sweeping Machines)

Salary Slab: ₹8–10 LPA (subject to the candidate’s last drawn salary and experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team for Mechanized sweeping machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production, assembly, and process optimization, along with strong knowledge of hydraulic systems used in earth moving or mobile machinery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute production and assembly of sweeping machines. 
• Handle hydraulic systems — installation, testing, and troubleshooting (pumps, 

valves, hoses, cylinders, etc.). 

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost 

optimization. 

• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow. 
• Maintain compliance with safety, 5S, and ISO standards. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification

  : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile 

Engineering. 

• Experience

  : 5–8 years in manufacturing or assembly of hydraulic or mechanical 

equipment. 

• Industry Preference

  : Sweeping machines, material handling, construction, or 

agricultural machinery. 

• Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits and operations. 
2. Experience in fabrication, assembly line setup, and process planning. 
3. Familiar with CAD drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks). 

• Soft Skills

  : Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
