We are looking for dynamic and motivated Production Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to our manufacturing excellence journey.

Role Snapshot

• Assist in daily production planning and operations.
• Monitor production line performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support senior engineers in process control, manpower allocation, and production reporting.
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and assist in ERP/CRM data entry.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.

Profile We Seek

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 0–3 years in a manufacturing or building materials industry (Freshers can apply).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of production processes and tools.
• Strong observation and reporting abilities.
• Teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
