Job Description

Job Opening – Production Engineer

Location: Bachau / Gujarat (Plant)
Experience: 3–6 Years (in Production / Manufacturing)
Qualification:Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices to improve process efficiency.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and apply Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve production targets.
Monitor compliance with ISO standards, workplace safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
Prepare production reports and maintain data using ERP/Zoho systems.

Technical Skills:

Welding: SMAW, MIG, TIG, Submerged Arc
Cutting & Shearing: Hydraulic Press, Pug Machine, Hand Cutting
Machines: Tube Bending, Notching, Spot Welding, TMT Fabrication, Punching Machines
Material Handling: Gantry Crane, Forklift, EOT Crane
Surface Treatment: Shot Blasting, Epoxy/Normal Painting, Hot Dip Galvanizing
CAD/CAM: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX – 2D/3D design, product development
