Overview

AZISTA COMPOSITES PRIVATE LIMITED (ACPL), part of the AZISTA Group, is established to realize the most demanding high-temperature engineering applications. We design, develop, manufacture, test and qualify: Carbon-Carbon Composites (CCs), Ceramic-Matrix-Composites (CMCs) and Phthalonitrile (PN) based polymer matrix composites. Some of the products under development include CC Brake Discs for Aircraft, Self-Standing Convergent-Divergent Nozzles, Composite overwrapped hydrogen pressure vessels and CMCs for hypersonic applications among others. We operate the most advanced setup for end-to-end delivery of high-temperature composites in India. A young and highly motivated team of 75 scientists and engineers is growing rapidly and we are keen to onboard more exciting talent.

• Good understanding of Solar Panels for terrestrial applications.
• Welding of Solar cells to substrate and understanding of the solar panel manufacturing process
• Good communication and presentation skills and a good team player.
• Should have led a team of Engineers & Technicians.
• Technical Expertise and people management skills are the most critical.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients
• Meet with customers and engineers
• Assess product needs and determine system requirements
• Offer sales support
• Confer with technical teams to understand client requirements
• Secure and renew product orders, arrange delivery
• Recommend product upgrades to customers
• Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production
• Set up and measure KPIs
• Regularly review sales process improvements
• Assist in researching and developing new products
