Product Engineer - solar panels

Job Description: As a Product Engineer for Solar Panels for Satellites at AZISTA COMPOSITES PRIVATE LIMITED, your role will involve a good understanding of Solar Panels for terrestrial applications. You will be responsible for welding Solar cells to substrate and understanding the solar panel manufacturing process. It is essential to have good communication and presentation skills, and be a team player. Additionally, you should have experience in leading a team of Engineers & Technicians. Technical Expertise and people management skills are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to potential clients - Meet with customers and engineers to assess product needs and determine system requirements - Provide sales support and secure product orders, as well as arrange delivery - Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and recommend product upgrades - Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production - Set up and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Regularly review sales process improvements - Assist in researching and developing new products Qualifications Required: - M.Sc in Physics or Electronics - 10-12 years of experience in the Solar Panel Industry or a similar field - Good personal rapport in URSC, Solar Panel industry, or with Clients For more details about the company, please visit http://www.azistacomposites.com.,
