Production Engineer

Qualification - Engineering graduates or Diploma holders in Electronics/ Mechanical or Biomedical engineering.

1 Production Equipment's: Timely completion of assigned work in production as per defined SOP. Report any foreseen risks in output, schedule, material availability, quality etc on timely manner to management.

2 Show excellent skill is manufacturing process, production testing, trouble shooting and analysis of problems.

3 Maintain timely record of work done. Ensure that job cards and filled with maximum clarity, completeness and correctness.

4 Conduct Production testing of equipments as per define SOP.

5 Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures and Quality standards.

6 Problem solver - Trouble shooting and analysis of problems. Propose and implement preventive and corrective measures.

7 Maximise Production Quality - Avoid IPQA findings. Ensure no quality and installation failures of equipment and no defect due to workmanship, process and testing. Analyse and improve IPQA findings if any.

8 Train others in manufacturing process.

9 Logging of Non-conformities items on timely manner in yellow card and computer logs. Ensure that both records are complete, correct and clear for IQC and vendor to understand and act.

10 Rework of QC rejection - Complete rework and pass to QC within defined time after batch completion. Ensure the Quality of reworked Product. Zero Rejection due to workmanship issues found during IPQA check.

11 Packing and Logistics activities of EMD

12 Identify and recommend ideas and changes in design, specifications, processes etc to improve output, quality, productivity and effective utilisation of resources.

13 Ensure that there is no discrepancies in material stock and consumption after production batch. Settle all material consumption, remaining stock and non-conformity stock immediately after respective batch completion.

14 Maintain 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices. Every process needs to be carried out with SOP, proper identification & cleanliness of work benches, storage area and neat storage of assembled parts with status identification.

15 Environment conditions logging on timely manner
