In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient supervision of vendors, contractors, and skilled workers at our interior project sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure that work is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines, specifically for interior fit-outs, finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing elements. If you have practical experience in site management for interior projects and a sound technical base, join our team and help us bring our designs to life with precision and excellence.
Desired Skillsets:
Site Management: Proven experience in supervising interior project sites, including residential and commercial spaces.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of civil engineering or interior construction techniques, materials, and processes (especially related to interior fit-outs, joinery, false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, electrical, and plumbing).
Vendor & Labor Management: Ability to effectively coordinate, manage, and supervise contractors, vendors, and skilled laborers (carpenters, electricians, masons, painters, etc.).
Quality Control: Strong focus on quality assurance; ability to inspect work, identify deviations from drawings, and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and technical specifications.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for quickly identifying and resolving on-site issues, coordinating with designers for solutions.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with project managers, designers, vendors, and on-site teams.
Time Management: Ability to ensure project milestones are met and work progresses according to schedule.
Safety Consciousness: Awareness of site safety protocols and best practices.
Material Management: Basic understanding of material requirement calculations and waste management.
Reporting: Ability to provide regular site progress reports.
