Job Description

Job Title: Production Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling:

· Develop, maintain, and distribute production schedules, timelines, and budgets.

· Coordinate with department heads (e.g., creative, technical, and marketing teams) to establish clear project objectives and deadlines.

· Monitor the progress of work orders and projects to ensure they are on track.

Logistics & Resource Management:

· Arrange for the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies.

· Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs for cast, crew, or staff.

· Manage and track inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

Administrative & Clerical Support:

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing production paperwork.

· Prepare and maintain production documentation, such as reports, contracts, and expense reports.

· Supervise and delegate tasks to production assistants or other support staff.

Communication & Collaboration:

· Serve as the main point of contact for the production, facilitating communication between all team members, departments, and external vendors.

· Conduct regular meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations with stakeholders.

· Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure a smooth production process and timely delivery.

Problem-Solving & Quality Control:

· Identify potential risks or challenges and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or quality issues.

· Troubleshoot problems that arise during the production cycle.

· Ensure that all production processes and final products meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in production management, communications, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Movie Magic).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
