Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for robotic arms, jigs, and fixtures.
- Monitor and improve equipment uptime and process reliability.
- Implement process variation reduction techniques using statistical tools.
- Drive cost optimization in spare parts and consumables.
- Enhance equipment lifecycle through upgrades and redesigns.
- Lead equipment modernization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.

Competencies / Skills:

- Process Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute maintenance schedules.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams for jigs and fixture improvements.
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- ISO 9001 Compliance: Maintain documentation and records as per QMS standards.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and using AutoCAD.
- Automation Systems:Basic Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and actuators in die-casting and machining.
- Digital Tools: MS Excel (advanced), and data logging systems.
- Lean Manufacturing: Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and safety protocols.
