Production Analyst

As a Production Analyst, your main responsibilities will include providing day-to-day technology-based services, deploying new complex applications and architecture, and supporting the delivery of application management and support. You will collaborate closely with platform and domain stakeholders to ensure the robustness and resilience of the platform, as well as work with feature teams to anticipate and prevent potential issues. You will also work on: - Collaborating with product development and feature teams to facilitate continuous integration and deployment - Attending feature teams refinement and planning sessions - Identifying areas for service improvement through analysis of recurring incidents and stakeholder feedback - Building a culture of continuous improvement focusing on automation, scalability, and delivery The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge and experience in platform, technology, products, and domains. Experience in Agile or DevOps environments with continuous delivery and integration is required. Additionally, the following skills are desirable: - 4 to 8 years of experience in deploying, maintaining, and supporting RPA solutions using tools like UIPath and PowerAutomate - Strong knowledge of incident, change, and release management processes - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to act as a liaison between business teams and the RPA function - Proficiency in preparing and sharing performance reports and MIS dashboards - Ability to lead process improvement initiatives, especially in Retail Banking - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs,
