Key duties and responsibilities:

? Training Need Analysis: Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams to design

effective learning programs.

? Create Training Content: Develop manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules on

products, brand, and sales techniques.

? Lead Training Sessions: Conduct in-person and virtual training for staff at all levels.

? Product & Trend Education: Train teams on fabrics, construction, new collections, and

fashion trends.

? Enhance Customer Experience: Coach staff to deliver personalized, high-quality service.

? Support Product Launches: Collaborate with internal teams to train for new product

rollouts.

? Assess Training Impact: Track effectiveness using sales, customer feedback, and mystery

shopper reports.

? Provide Coaching: Offer individual feedback to improve sales floor performance.

? Store Visits: Travel to stores to deliver training and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field

? 2+ years of experience in fashion retail or training roles

? Experience in training need analysis and designing learning solutions

? Strong knowledge of apparel, fabrics, and fashion trends

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Proficiency in MS Office, e-learning tools, and video conferencing platforms

? Ability to travel frequently for in-store training

? Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

? Adaptable to different audiences and learning styles
