Product Trainer

We're Hiring: Product Trainer (Female)

Location: Noida, Sector-63

Department: Training & Development

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel: Required (PAN India, for training)

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Sales Training

Conduct engaging online and offline product training sessions for beauticians, sales teams, and franchise staff.

Deliver effective sales training modules to enhance conversion and upselling skills.

Content Creation

Shoot training videos and Insta reels for internal and external educational purposes.

Collaborate with content and creative teams for scriptwriting and production inputs.

City-Wise Training Travel

Travel to different cities for on-ground training sessions, audits, and feedback collection.

Ensure brand-standard service delivery across all training locations.

Performance Monitoring

Regularly assess training effectiveness and report feedback to management.

Update training content as per new launches, service upgrades, or sales strategies.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferably Cosmetology, Beauty, or Business background)

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong understanding of beauty & wellness products/services

Comfortable in front of the camera (Reels, tutorial videos)

Willingness to travel frequently across India
