Job Description

As a Product Consultant at SurveySparrow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly through phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and addressing customer queries promptly - Providing immediate acknowledgment and first-level support - Diagnosing and analyzing reported product issues - Delivering technical support via voice, email, and chat - Tracking and managing all tickets - Being willing to work night shifts To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have: - Past experience in sales and customer service, particularly with SAAS solutions - A strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, SDKs, and authentication mechanisms - Hands-on experience with debugging REST APIs via browser Developer Tools - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge and interest in software applications - Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication - Keen problem-solving skills This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and entails working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.,
