Manage and resolve customer queries related to WhatsApp services efficiently.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and support

process.

Meta products & Services to provide accurate information.

Maintain customer relationships by offering proactive technical and product support.

• Analyze feedback and contribute to improving service delivery processes.

Assist the sales team by delivering comprehensive product demos to potential customers.

Skills Required:

2-4 years of experience in SaaS/IT Product Support, IT Sales, or Customer Interaction in a

software/technical product environment.

• Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain them clearly to

customers.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and product updates

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with WhatsApp Business API or similar platforms is a plus.

• A degree in BCA, BTech, or any IT-related field is an added advantage.

• Any other degree with relevant experience can also be acceptable.
