Product Support Engineer

Are you someone who enjoys diving into data, working with CRM tools, and collaborating across teams to drive business growth Were looking for a proactive Product Support Engineer to support lead generation and operations. In this role, youll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to analyze leads, troubleshoot basic issues, and optimize reporting to help boost conversions.

Youll be the go-to person for resolving customer-related issues at a basic technical level, managing CRM data, and supporting lead generation strategies. Your contributions will directly impact our pipeline and operational efficiency.

What You&aposll Do:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support lead generation strategies.
• Manage and maintain CRM tools, ensuring accurate lead data and smooth operations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support including reading error messages, checking logs, and identifying common issues.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately based on established escalation paths.
• Utilize SQL basics to perform data checks and validate lead information.
• Create and update dashboards using tools like Metabase or Grafana to provide visibility into lead operations and performance.
• Prepare reports and MIS using Excel or Google Sheets to track KPIs related to leads and conversions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving lead quality and conversion rates.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress.
• Document processes, known issues, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in any discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in product support, technical support, or operations roles.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and understand error messages and logs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for simple data queries and validation.
• Exposure to dashboard tools like Metabase, Grafana, or similar.
• Comfortable preparing reports and MIS using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to track and report KPIs for leads and conversions.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
