Product Sppt Tech Advisor
The Product Sppt Tech Advisor (level 3 support) primary responsibilities will be but not limited to Incident resolution , Root cause analysis , Deployment and release mgmt. etc. matric generation for Status reporting,
Key Responsibilities:
Provide level 3 support for internal and external end users for Content Management application problems.
o Interact with software vendors, Infrastructure services, and/or Applications Development to restore service and/or correct core problems.
o Coordinate with internal and external service providers in the area of incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported business groups.
o Manage and support vendor contracts to established service level agreements.
o Work closely with customers to identify business requirements and opportunities in relation to IT systems and services.
o Communicate IT issues to business units at various levels of seniority.
o Manage and coordinate the implementation of internal, external and off-the-shelf business applications with all IT and business groups.
o Coordinate validation activities related to the deployment of business applications.
o Produce and assist training and communication programs.
o Identify and assess technologies, skills, and resources required.
o Maintain knowledge of the IT industry, analyze the abilities of tools and technologies and compare with the needs of the business, recommend potential solutions to managers within the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Req
Requires the application of expertise in professional area(s) to achieve results.
Required between 5+ years of relevant experience
Must experience:
Someone who have been in Opentext Content management / Wingspan L3Production support for Life Science & Pharma domain.
Strong hands on experience on Content management experience (Opentext Content Server)/ Wingspan ,Oracle Database , SQL and Tomcat application server.
Strong ability to Troubleshoot integrated applications.
Knowledge of GxP , IQ, OQ, PQ, ETMF
Good understanding of ITIL process I.e. Incident, Change, Release, Service fulfillment Management.
Experience on
Strong trouble shooting skills and come up approaches for incident resolutions
Excellent communication skills
