Product Specialist

The position you are applying for involves driving Retail EV sales volume in Bangalore, India, while focusing on increasing market share and enhancing customer experiences before and after purchase. You will serve as a product specialist to address customer inquiries related to both vehicles and charging at dealerships and other sales points. It is essential to ensure that EV customers receive a unique customer experience and that dealerships provide adequate attention to EV products. Your main responsibility, in collaboration with Dealer Sales Executives, will be to achieve retail targets and drive EV sales at dealerships. Additionally, you will manage and activate leads, ensuring a 100% follow-up rate to reach a logical conclusion. Conducting micro-market activations, such as events at offices, malls, and apartments, will also be part of your role, along with home visits and product demonstrations to customers. To qualify for this position, you should have a graduation degree and 3-4 years of work experience.
