Role & responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets, submitting weekly/monthly reports.

2. Provide technical/tactical support to sales teams across India.

3. Create brand awareness through business presentations.

4. Develop new business via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing.

5. Identify major contracts/tenders, provide product demos/training.

6. Manage client relationships, follow up on outstanding payments.

7. Participate in business plan development/execution.

8. Monitor competition, reporting to SBU Head.

9. Coordinate with customer service for delivery requirements.

10. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Qualification & Skills:

1. BE (Mechanical); MBA desirable.

2. 5-6 years Industrial Product Sales experience across India.

3. Proven sales record (4+ years) with high achievement.

4. MS Office, PPT presentation skills.

5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

6. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
