Product Specialist – Customer Success (Client-Allocated Role)

Location: Chennai & Mumbai (Kalyan)


Product Specialist – Customer Success

You’ll represent Digii while being embedded with the client, helping them extract maximum value from our platform and acting as a bridge between their goals and our product capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead the onboarding and enablement process for the assigned client, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and workshops tailored to the client’s business needs.
  • Proactively monitor adoption metrics and recommend strategies to improve usage and value realization.


Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Build a strong, trusted relationship with client stakeholders to become their go-to advisor on platform use.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.


Client Advocacy & Feedback Management

  • Act as the Voice of the Client within Digii, bringing forward actionable feedback and business use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on client insights.
  • Document evolving client needs and platform gaps to ensure continuous improvement.


Technical Enablement & Coordination

  • Liaise between the client and internal teams (engineering, product, and support) to resolve any technical issues or challenges.
  • Stay up to date with Digii’s platform features and capabilities to deliver best-in-class support and guidance.
  • Ensure smooth and timely resolution of client concerns to minimize downtime or disruption.


Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Ability to understand client KPIs and business goals
  • Proven track record of driving strategic value and ROI for enterprise customers
  • Experience in process implementation and cross-team communication
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
