Product Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Manager at our company in Jaipur, your role will involve defining and owning the strategy and roadmap for products. You will work closely with OEM to achieve joint goals and ensure that sales opportunities are created and tracked effectively. Your responsibilities will include determining customers' needs, assessing market competition, and bringing new products to market. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product management staff, staying updated on market trends, and engaging with customers to provide solutions in line with their challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the strategy and roadmap for products - Work closely with OEM to achieve joint goals - Ensure sales opportunities are created and tracked effectively - Assess market competition and bring new products to market - Maintain product management staff and stay updated on market trends - Engage with customers to provide solutions in line with their challenges Qualifications: - BS/B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related technical degree required, with 5+ years of relevant experience; MS/MBA preferred - Demonstrated credibility with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders - Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in product management capacity, with customer-facing and market analysis experience highly preferred Please Note: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining product strategies, engaging with customers, and bringing new products to market.
