As a Product Sales Manager - Transaction Banking, your role involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Teams, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to originate, structure, and execute transaction banking mandates. Your primary focus will be on ensuring superior client experience and transaction banking growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development and revenue growth by targeting new-to-bank (NTB) and existing client penetration of transaction banking products in the assigned client segments. - Identify revenue opportunities across various streams such as fee income, float balances, CASA growth, NFI income, and cross-selling to different client segments. - Assist Relationship Managers in client acquisition, enhancing wallet share, and increasing current account balances. - Participate in client meetings and pitches as a transaction banking subject-matter expert alongside RMs. - Identify client needs and propose customized transaction banking solutions to clients from diverse industries. - Establish, maintain, and monitor a strong transaction banking pipeline with well-defined milestones and deliverables. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of pipeline data, reflecting a deep understanding of client requirements. - Track deal progress to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live for clients. - Proactively identify and address execution bottlenecks to prevent delays and client dissatisfaction. - Prepare and review MIS reports on pipeline, revenue, balances, and product penetration. Qualifications Required: - 5-12 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Trade Services. - Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
