The role of an Account Executive (Martech SaaS) based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, is suited for an individual who is driven by achieving and surpassing targets. In this position, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, establishing enduring relationships with C-level executives, and demonstrating how Qoruz revolutionizes marketing strategies for brands and agencies. Your responsibilities as an Account Executive at Qoruz will be pivotal in propelling our growth trajectory, encompassing the following key aspects: - Exceeding Revenue Targets: Identifying, qualifying, and finalizing new business opportunities with Brands and Agencies consistently. - Managing Sales Pipeline: Devising and implementing strategies to construct and sustain a robust pipeline, with the goal of achieving 4x coverage. - Driving Value-Based Selling: Engaging in compelling dialogues with C-level stakeholders to elucidate the ROI and business implications of our SaaS solutions. - Closing Complex Deals: Proficiently navigating and concluding intricate sales cycles that involve multiple executives. - Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating and nurturing enduring, trust-based relationships with crucial decision-makers. - Forecasting & Reporting: Furnishing precise monthly forecasts and consistently meeting revenue objectives. To excel in this role, you should exhibit the following qualifications: - Proven Sales Over-Achievement: A verifiable history of consistently surpassing sales quotas. - 3-5 Years SaaS Sales Experience: Direct, quota-carrying sales background in Martech SaaS, particularly targeting Brands and Agencies. - Successful History of Net Direct New Business Sales: Demonstrated prowess in hunting for new logos and delivering against set targets. - Experience Selling to VP or C-Level Executives: Proficiency and credibility in engaging with VP or C-level executives. - Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to comprehend customer challenges and strategically position solutions. - Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. - Problem-Solving Mindset: Actively listening to prospects and delivering impactful solutions.,
