What You’ll Do

💡 High-level Summary:

• Work directly with founders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Represent Qoruz in external meetings, investor conversations, and ecosystem events.
• Lead high-priority projects that require sharp thinking and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

📈 Drive Operational Excellence (60%)

• Identify process inefficiencies and streamline execution across departments.
• Align leadership and CXOs around new operating models and frameworks.
• Examples:
• Reimagining incentive models across teams using data insights.
• Building scalable systems like partner/vendor programs.

🧭 Investor Relations & Fundraising Comms (30%)

• Collaborate with founders, team-leads and finance to deliver monthly updates and responses.
• Build long-term relationships with investors (especially founder-turned-VCs or builder-operators).
• Act as the bridge between Qoruz and the investment ecosystem, articulate the company’s vision and market POV with credibility and clarity.

🌍 Be a Voice in the Creator Economy (10%)

• Immerse yourself in conversations with creators, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Bring back insights and narratives that shape what Qoruz builds next.
• Be an active participant in online and offline discourse around the Creator Economy.

A Good-fit would be:

• 1–2 years

  of experience in consulting, venture-backed startups, or fast-paced operator roles.
• Fluent in

  Excel/Sheets

  , love breaking down messy data into clean logic, and presenting it as crisp narratives/insights.
• Experience managing comms/projects with

  senior stakeholders

  without being intimidating or intimidated.
• Enjoy
