This role is for a results-oriented Account Executive who thrives on exceeding targets. You'll drive new business acquisition, build lasting relationships with C-level executives, and showcase how Qoruz transforms marketing strategies for brands and agencies. As an Account Executive at Qoruz, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for exceeding revenue targets by consistently identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with Brands and Agencies. You will manage the sales pipeline, develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline with the aim for 4x coverage. Additionally, you will drive value-based selling by conducting compelling conversations with C-level stakeholders, articulating the ROI and business impact of our SaaS solutions. You will be expected to skillfully manage and close intricate sales cycles involving multiple executives, build strong relationships by establishing and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, and provide accurate monthly forecasts while consistently delivering on revenue objectives. To excel in this role, you should have a proven sales over-achievement with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. You should possess 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, specifically in Martech SaaS, with successful history in net direct new business sales and the ability to hunt for new logos and deliver against targets. Experience in selling to VP or C-level executives is essential, along with a consultative sales approach and strong communication skills. A problem-solving mindset, the ability to understand customer challenges, and strategically position solutions are key attributes for success in this role.,
