Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Product QA & UI/UX Associate. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the quality of the company's digital platforms through rigorous testing, identifying and resolving user experience issues, and collaborating with design and development teams to improve the overall user interface and experience. The role will also involve analyzing customer feedback to drive enhancements, ensuring compatibility across devices, and working to maintain high usability standards in all products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product QA processes and a background in identifying and resolving technical issues
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate and troubleshoot product and user experience challenges
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and users
• Experience in Sales or working as a Product Specialist is an added advantage
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and usability testing tools is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Design, or Product Development

Your Basic Role

• Learn the complete JustCharter ERP product across all modules
• Conduct 

  manual testing

   on Web, Android, and iOS
• Identify bugs, UI issues, and workflow gaps
• Provide 

  UI/UX suggestions

   for smoother user experience
• Document workflows, test cases, and feature behaviors
• Coordinate with 

  founders, developers, and designers

• Validate each release before rollout
• Help shape the product to be market-ready
