Job Description

Work Location: DICV Oragadam plant, Chennai Reporting to Export Product Projects/Project Leader - Bachelor in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering or MBA - Experience 3 to 8 years - With a strong communication skills, handling intercultural sensitivity and flexible - Having assertiveness on topics and can adopt the learnings in future topics - Possessing deep curiosity about customer needs and change in trends in commercial vehicle segments - Understands financial concepts and contributes towards product costing structure - Experience in cross-functional project work/Strong interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills, Open minded and Strong Commitment. - Excellent Communication skills (Written, Presentation and Verbal). - Periodic documentation of time lines, deliverable and statuses of Projects and topics and set up communication channel on regular basis with respective stake holders - Input details for Marketing communication like specification and other technical information - Establish documentation methodology to track and report topic on regular basis - Actively explore and define product portfolio in the global market considering emission, regulations, feature, electrification, etc ., - Develop and execute product vision, strategy and road map creating new business opportunities and enhance sales - Collaborate with cross functional team of Engineering, lifecycle management, customer service, regional centers to evaluate business requirement and propose success metrics for products - Anticipate customer needs and propose / realize product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain and track vehicle variant performance and optimize for complexity - Manage on execution of change deliverables through close co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders - Document on the Learnings from topics executed and anticipate challenges to reduce lead time for products
