Job Description

7+ yrs of IT experience
The candidate should have practical knowledge on any cloud.
Understand networking, VPN’s, compute infrastructure
Troubleshoot cloud and OS level issues(based on experience)
Scripting knowledge(Any)
Logical reasoning to solve real time practical issues
Understand devops culture
Have good customer interaction skills

Preferred:

Understanding of microservices.
Monitoring and analysis of error report

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have at least 5-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master and have handled at least 3 projects where Scrum was used.
Should be well-versed in the Agile Culture and have a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework
Should be well-versed in Scrum Ceremonies and reporting
Should have CSM certification
Should have knowledge of different Agile Frameworks.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset.
Should have worked as a Developer or QA for at least 3 years. Exposure to Cloud Technologies is an added advantage.
Should be able to discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one.
Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, and Trello
