Job Description

Role & responsibilities.

Strong experience in project governance and stakeholder management.
Responsible for Governance, Quality and Compliance for the IT projects delivered to our customers
.
Drive monthly governance reviews with project managers across all ongoing engagements
.
Lead review discussions, assess project performance metrics (schedule, cost, risk), and flag deviations early to ensure timely corrective action.
Value driven approach for project reviews and audits. Analyze various data points and work at improvement plan for the project delivery.
Maintain centralized GCC governance dashboards and tracking. mechanisms for all active projects across delivery hubs
.
Keep current with PMO methodologies, governance practices, and compliance expectations
Work closely with PMs, delivery stakeholders, and SMEs to close governance gaps and ensure operational alignment.

Preferred Qualification.

Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, or delivery operations (HPE experience preferred).
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery is desirable.
