Job Description

Your role and responsibilities
As a"SaaS Project Office Specialist, you will manage end-to-end SaaS provisioning processes, including subscription activations, renewals, and terminations across various brands. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Order Management, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery, playing a key role in the overall client experience. You will join the EMEA SaaS Project Office within the Q2C, working with a global team committed to delivering SaaS solutions efficiently and accurately, driving IBMs revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education None Required technical and professional expertise Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

"Ability to work in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural, and virtual organization.
Organizational Skills:

"Strong time management, able to prioritize workload under pressure in high volume environment.
Problem-Solving Ability:"Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Process Orientation:"Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills, with a focus on process improvement. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in DSW SAP, SQO, IBM Quoting, Engage Support, Fast pass Familiarity with IBMs SaaS offerings is an advantage. Knowledge of subscription-based billing models and order management systems is an advantage.
