Job Description

As a Mobility Solutions Researcher, your role involves various key responsibilities to drive innovation and develop cutting-edge solutions for the mobility industry in India: - **Role Overview:** Research and understand different mobility requirements in India. Get insights from research and data analysis, ideate, prototype, and iterate mobility solutions using design thinking. Prepare go-to-market strategies and monetize business models. Engage with internal stakeholders and startups, and build and maintain an innovation information repository. Develop and handover prototype solutions for mass production viability. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research on mobility requirements in India - Analyze data and reports to gather insights - Ideate, prototype, and iterate mobility solutions - Prepare go-to-market strategies - Work on key EV architecture and components - Engage with internal stakeholders and startups - Build and maintain an innovation information repository - Develop and handover prototype solutions - **Qualifications Required:** - Working experience in electrical architecture, controllers, sensors, components & cables, communication protocols, firmware, batteries, battery recycling, etc. - Knowledge of EV powertrain & components for demonstrators - Understanding of latest technologies in the mobility industry - Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems/sub-systems - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) - Experience in cross-functional projects - Behavioral traits like fast, flexible, team player, creative, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt - Analytical capability and presentation skills - Passion for innovation and driving new initiatives - Willingness to travel as per business requirements - **Additional Details:** Experience in Battery Swapping, EV architecture and platform development, EV Batteries, EV Charging Infrastructure, ADAS, Clean energy (H2, solar), Electrical/Electronics/EV Powertrain architecture would be preferable for this role.,
