Job requirements
As D365 Product Owner you will play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of D365 solutions (incl Finance, Operations and Sales / Marketing), ensuring they meet our business needs and deliver maximum value.
Key responsibilities include:
Prioritise and manage the product backlog for BAU changes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Be involved in estimating and delivering new projects (over and above BAU) on D365 Partner with internal external resource on the maintenance and upkeep of the D365 platform Stay updated with the latest D365 features and industry trends. Main Responsibilities: Work in close collaboration with global and local teams to co-develop the product backlog, driving features from concept to launch in a dynamic environment. Operate primarily within an Agile framework, continuously evaluating business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks. Act as the business owner of the Dynamics 365 application, developing, owning, and executing the product roadmap. Translate product backlog features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, ensuring final user acceptance. Partner with the development team to deliver the backlog of work and deliver appropriate documentation to the business Maintain and communicate the status of the sprint backlog for Dynamics 365, balancing stakeholder requirements. Develop, maintain, and communicate appropriate metrics and reporting to assess product performance and inform future investment. Ensure product compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide, maintain, and update knowledge base and training materials related to Dynamics 365 for internal teams.
Knowledge Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Must have extensive experience in implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Technical Knowledge Business Acumen: an understanding of both the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 and the business processes it supports. Experience with Software Launch and Agile Principles: Established background in launching software/products in partnership with engineering teams, and a deep understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in managing vendors and external consultants Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: Holding relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core is a must have
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. 5 years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery, including Web, Mobile, Portal and application integrations. 5 years of experience in managing software applications. 3 years of experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM. 3 years of experience in managing customer/partner relationships and expectations for system integrations and data migrations
