Product Owner – Healthcare Product (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the
product backlog
, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals
Collaborate closely with
Product Managers
, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate features into detailed
user stories
Write and maintain
functional & non-functional requirements
documentation and develop
low-fidelity wireframes
Review and formally accept user stories against defined
acceptance criteria
Drive the
Agile Scrum process
, ensuring timely delivery of features
Understand and communicate
system architecture, data flows, and integration points
(e.g., Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth, Comm Server)
Represent the
voice of the business
to the development team
Support the team in
UAT/test case review
and ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Healthcare industry experience
with strong understanding of
Revenue Cycle workflows
Proven expertise in
Agile Scrum
and
backlog management
Proficiency in
SDLC
, APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations
Experience creating
wireframes
,
UML diagrams
, and documentation
Ability to translate high-level features into detailed user stories
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
