Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team at Dbiz.ai as a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience. Your strategic thinking abilities will be crucial in designing and implementing efficient business processes, conducting thorough analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of efficient business processes, conducting thorough analyses to ensure effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations. - Prepare comprehensive business reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to inform strategic decision-making. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. - Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Mentor and coach agile teams on best practices and principles to ensure continuous improvement and high performance. - Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Drive the delivery of high-quality products by removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. - Ensure clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies and product management practices.
