Product Operations Associate (HR Tech SaaS)

About the Role:
As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our HR Tech SaaS platform. You will coordinate across teams, support product rollouts, assist clients during onboarding, and drive customer success through engagement, support, and upselling initiatives. This is a cross-functional role where you'll need a deep understanding of product workflows and a passion for improving the HR experience through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product release cycles, feature rollouts, and operational workflows
Maintain reports and dashboards to track product performance and customer adoption
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather HR-specific feedback and requirements
Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new clients
Provide customer support and drive engagement through regular interactions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client usage patterns
Understand and map product workflows to assist both internal teams and customers
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for more efficient delivery
Gather user insights and document best practices, FAQs, and guides for HR teams
Requirements:
02 years of experience in product operations, SaaS support, or program management
Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement) is a plus
Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, and project management tools
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to quickly understand software product flows and explain them to clients
