We’re Hiring: Product Operations Engineer – Make in India (MII)

📍 Location: CoWrks, Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon (next to Third Wave Coffee & Sec 54 Rapid Metro Station)

🕒 Type: Full-time, in-office with factory travel (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

💼 Experience: 2–4 years | Electronics / Consumer Goods / Appliances Manufacturing

Product Operations Engineer

• ✅ Supervise SKD/CKD assembly at partner facilities
• ✅ Lead Quality Control (IQC, in-line inspections, final testing, audits)
• ✅ Optimize manufacturing processes & resolve bottlenecks
• ✅ Enforce SOPs & train factory staff on specific standards
• ✅ Report daily/weekly on output, quality metrics, and issues
• ✅ Act as the on-ground link between factories and the product operations team

• 🎓 B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
• 🛠️ 2–4 years in manufacturing/assembly, preferably in consumer electronics or appliances
• 🔍 Skilled in manufacturing processes, QC methodologies (AQL), and process optimization
• 🤝 Hands-on, detail-oriented, comfortable working with both line workers & managers
• ✈️ Ready to travel extensively to NCR & Baddi factory sites
