Product Operations Engineer

To be successful as a Product Operations Engineer you should have experience with:

• Graduate and preferably an Engineering Graduate.
• M365, Data Retention and Disposal Policies overall Record Management.
• Daily Operational checks.
• Incident, problem and change management.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or python and SQL).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange online and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Voice and Voice recording technology.
• Vendor management (with regards to Incident, Problem and change).
• Stakeholder management (IE communication of incidents, etc).
• A keen eye for detail to follow defined processes, and a keen ability to improve.

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
