About the Role

Hiring for a dedicated and process oriented Operations Associate to initiate and improve operational processes and drive product goals for Times Prime. The candidate will have to coordinate with all the concerned teams (including Tech, Partnerships & Product)"

Role & Responsiblities

Coordinate with stakeholder teams across teams (i.e., product, alliances, marketing and designers) & make offers & campaigns live on the platform

Implement changes to product elements on apps/ web via the internal CMS and DB

Carry out competitive analysis to ensure we have the best offers amongst the competitors

Carry out Data analyses with useful insights

Suggest and implement methods to automate operational processes.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

Proficiency in SQL and database management

Basic Understanding of HTML

Proficiency in MS Excel

Minimum Eligibility

1-3 Years of experience, in product operations or analytics

Bachelor’s/ Masters degree

Work Location: Gurgaon
