About the Role

Product Animation Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and deliver
motion graphics and interactive animations
for digital products (apps, web, and cross-platform).
Translate static UI designs into
dynamic, animated experiences
that elevate usability and engagement.
Build animations for
onboarding flows, gamified experiences, transitions, and micro-interactions
.
Export and optimize animations for seamless integration across platforms (Lottie, Rive, etc.).
Partner with developers to
implement animations in production environments
, ensuring high performance and consistency.
Establish and maintain a
motion design system
for scalable product development.
Stay up to date with trends in
motion design, UX animations, and interactive storytelling
.

Requirements

Proven experience in
motion design and interactive animation
, with a portfolio demonstrating product-related work.
Proficiency in
After Effects,
Rive.app
, Lottie, Spine, Principle, or equivalent tools
.
Solid understanding of
UI/UX principles, micro-interactions, and motion in product design
.
Experience integrating animations with
Flutter, React Native, iOS, or Android
platforms.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and product teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to
balance storytelling with usability
.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in
gamification mechanics or game-like animations
.
Knowledge of
3D animation tools
(Cinema4D, Blender, etc.).
Familiarity with
prototyping tools
like Figma, Protopie, or Framer.
Previous work in
fast-paced product or startup environments
.
