Product Marketing Specialist/Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Expert in boosting brand visibility through strategic content marketing, LinkedIn optimization, and website SEO
  • Design, create, and deploy high-quality email campaigns using Pardot, Marketo, or other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted lead generation programs that meet business objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing automation.
  • Proven experience with ZoomInfo and HubSpot platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
  • Proven track record of developing successful email campaigns that drive results.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Role

CRM Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the team to define CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyse data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Develop customer journey maps and identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment.
  • Craft compelling email copy and design templates that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor email deliverability and optimize email send practices.
  • A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM, Salesforce, and email marketing.
  • Conduct research to identify market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights.
  • Use data to refine and optimize CRM and email marketing strategies continuously.

Automation and Personalization:

  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Personalize email content and offers based on customer behaviours and preferences.

HubSpot Management and Innovation:

  • Develop, administer, and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it meets evolving business requirements.
  • Explore and implement new HubSpot features and integrations to optimize workflows, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.

Cross-Function Collaboration:

  • Maintain regular communication with senior leadership to provide updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Be responsive to requests and adapt strategies based on feedback.
