Job Purpose/ Summary As a Product Manager in our IT department, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our SaaS and Fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities. You will also be responsible for defining product requirements, working with our engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time, and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Job Title Product Manager_IT_Product_SSC Job Description As a Deputy Manager in the Product Management department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of our IT products. You will be working closely with our SaaS and Fintech teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products. You will be expected to use your analytical skills and strategic thinking to guide the product development process, from initial concept to market launch. Principal Accountabilities Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products. Use your knowledge of SaaS and Fintech to guide the product development process. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for product innovation. Use your analytical skills to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions. Develop and implement strategic plans for product development and launch. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and customers. Ensure the successful delivery of our products by managing resources and timelines effectively. Use your business and commercial knowledge to drive product success in the market. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and customer focus within the product management team. The Deputy Manager will also be expected to demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, as well as a global mindset. They should be able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
