Job Description

Design, develop, and improve software solutions using various engineering methodologies.
Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements.
Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to organizational technology communities.
Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience in developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies such as ASP.Net, C#, SQL/NoSQL, and Python.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and IIS on Windows.
Manage and resolve automation tool issues via incident, problem, and change tickets following ITIL processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile environments and cross-team collaboration.
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk) and reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Kibana, Grafana).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident, problem, and change management.
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Collaborate with development and vendor teams to deliver solutions and implement changes.
Good to have basic Generative AI tools knowledge, data analytics, and Machine learning.
