Business Analyst

In addition to implementation, this role involves managing client operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality outputs. The right person should be an excellent problem-solver, eager to learn new tools and business domains, and ready to take on challenges with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with client data — including profiling, cleansing, analyzing, and transforming it — to generate meaningful insights and reports.
• Execute and manage client business processes regularly while maintaining high data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues through detailed root cause analysis.
• Use both industry-standard practices and proprietary tools to produce precise, error-free deliverables as per client requirements.
• Streamline and automate repetitive analytic tasks to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Prepare impactful communication material, and reports to support client engagement and project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established change management protocols.
• Work closely with Consultants to create and maintain ongoing cadences on ongoing projects

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data management workflows.
• Strong background in reporting and data handling.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s degree in business administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, and understanding of SQL concepts.
• Willingness to learn emerging ETL tools
• Ability to quickly understand diverse business models and operational structures.
• High professional integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and adaptable to working with teams across different cultures.
