We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in AI-driven initiatives who can bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver high-impact solutions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Manager to lead the execution of AI-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing AI/ML products, crafting effective prompts for LLMs, and working with a variety of AI tools. You will drive project success by coordinating between stakeholders, tech teams, and product users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products and projects
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and AI capabilities
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful development and implementation
• Develop and iterate prompts to optimize performance of generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude)
• Stay updated on AI trends and identify tools or techniques that can improve project outcomes
• Define and track project goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collect feedback and continuously improve product features and user experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or project management roles
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing AI/ML or generative AI projects
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Exposure to AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Midjourney, etc.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational background in computer science, AI/ML, or related field
• Prior experience working in tech startups or innovation teams
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and model integrations
• Demonstrated ability to ship AI products from concept to launch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
