Job Description

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for subscription/license, provisioning, and billing capabilities within Insta.

Partner with design, engineering, go-to-market, CIO and fince teams to build user-centric billing and account magement experiences for both SaaS and Self-Hosted.

Own the account and billing user interface within the product, ensuring it is intuitive, transparent, and scalable for global customers.

Deeply understand provisioning flows and ensure product logic ebles automation, compliance, and operatiol efficiency.

Translate complex business models into product logic, guiding implementation for multi-layered subscription structures (e.g., tent units, usage tiers).

Monitor, measure, and iterate on product performance using metrics like activation, retention, monetization triggers, and subscription revenue impact.

Stay current with trends in SaaS subscription platforms like Stripe, Zoho Subscriptions, Razorpay or Chargebee.

Required technical and professiol expertise

4+ years in product magement, ideally in SaaS billing, licensing, or monetization platforms.

You should be familiar with concepts like new orders, renewals, add-ons, pay-per-use models, and product tiers—and know what it takes to define and optimize a subscription and provisioning architecture that supports them end-to-end.

Experience working with tools or integrating platforms like Stripe, Chargebee, Zoho Subscriptions, Razorpay Subscriptions , or equivalent is of help.

Strong logical reasoning, systems thinking, and conceptual modeling ability—comfortable mapping abstract licensing models to clear operatiol processes.

Proficient in working with technical teams and able to define product logic.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders across product, sales, design, engineering, and fince.

Experience working with agile teams and data-informed product development practices.

Preferred technical and professiol experience
