Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic

Product Manager

to join our

Sales and Marketing

department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail product management, with a deep understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and cross- functional collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, driving business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Development

    : Develop product strategies that align with business goals and market trends. Plan product positioning, value propositions, and pricing models.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor performance to inform product decisions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management

    : Manage the entire lifecycle of retail products from concept to launch to maturity while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product execution and effective go-to-market strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in relevant product management roles.
  • Education: BBA/MBA or any graduate degree.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software, analytical tools, and performance tracking methods.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead product teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong background in business development, lead generation, and problem solving to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of retail product offerings, customer behaviour, and buying decision drivers.
  • Team Skills: Ability to delegate effectively, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in upselling, cross-selling, and prospecting to optimize product success.
  • Male candidate preferred.
