Senior Manager Sales Freight Forwarding

You are an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager who will be joining a leading logistics company with a PAN-India presence and a global network. Your main responsibility will be to lead business development initiatives in Air and Sea freight forwarding, focusing on inbound and outbound cargo across various industries such as Pharma, Engineering, Textile, RMG, Retail, and Consumer Goods. Your goal is to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, conducting regular client meetings, performing business reviews, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring invoicing and collections, serving as the primary customer contact, preparing and presenting reports, coordinating with international offices, and promoting value-added services. To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduate or MBA degree from a reputed institution with a specialization in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. You should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Freight forwarding, with a proven track record in Sales and Client management. Strong expertise in selling and managing Air and Sea freight solutions is essential, along with demonstrated ability in strategic account management, client negotiations, and consultative sales approaches. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required, as well as self-motivation, results-orientation, and industry experience in relevant sectors.
