About the role We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead and scale our marketing efforts across content, performance, product, and brand. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply comfortable with data, and knows how to build and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies. You’ll work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, generate demand, and position Samaaro as a category-defining solution in the global event-tech space. What You'll Own This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive the entire marketing function: Content Strategy & Distribution Own and expand the content roadmap across website, blogs, LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, and newsletters. Publish case studies, white papers, and pillar content that attracts, engages, and converts. Plan and execute a video-first content strategy (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, explainers). Newsletters & Customer Communication Segment our customer base and prospects, define newsletter buckets, and improve CTRs and engagement. Build nurture sequences aligned to sales stages and personas. Organic & SEO Growth Improve keyword rankings across traditional search engines and AI-driven search tools. Work with SEO tools to drive content performance, while building and managing a network of freelancers, content writers, and interns to scale high-quality output and improve backlink authority. Drive backlink strategy by identifying high-authority opportunities and collaborations. Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Instagram. Own CAC, ROAS, CPL and budget tracking for all channels. Product Marketing & Positioning Refine our messaging and value proposition by vertical (Real Estate, BFSI, Pharma, etc.). Work with the founders & sales team to create battle cards, competitor benchmarks, pitch enablement decks, and sales training material. Brand & Communications Ensure consistent brand language across all touchpoints — website, decks, social, product. Manage PR opportunities, media partnerships, and award submissions. Partnership & Community Marketing Build relationships with relevant associations, event marketing communities, and influencers. Execute co-marketing with clients and partners — webinars, articles, testimonials, and thought-leadership content. Analytics & Funnel Performance Own the end-to-end marketing reporting framework covering performance marketing, SEO rankings, organic traffic, social media growth, content performance, and lead generation across channels. Define and report on key funnel metrics: impressions, CTR, leads, MQL to SQL conversion, CAC, and campaign-level ROI. Monitor and report improvements in keyword rankings, backlink growth, engagement metrics, and channel-wise contribution to pipeline with regular insights and recommendations for optimization. Desired Candidature At least 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record of building pipeline and growing brand visibility . Someone who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats - strategy, execution, analytics, and creative. You take ownership, move fast, and genuinely care about outcomes . You love data .
